Sircuits workout station equipment is shown below.  Between each station is a cardio-vascular stair stepper.  Other pieces of exercise equipment are also available on premises for your use.
Ab-Back Machine.

Shoulder Press Machine.
Works: Shoulders, Back, Triceps, Biceps.
Biceps/Triceps Machine.
Improves: Biceps and Triceps.
Leg Curl/Leg Extension Machine.
Works: Quadraceps, Hamstrings.
Seated Chest Press Machine.
Works: Chest, Back, Triceps, Biceps.
Lat Row Machine.
Improves: Upper Back, Chest, Arms.
Squat Machine.
Improves: Glutes, Legs, Calves.
Rotary Torso Machine.
Improves: External Obliques.
Jogging Stations.
 
Improves: Cardio vascular performance and efficiency with minimal jarring to the joints.  This scientifically researched shock absorbing piece of equipment is integral to the Sircuits workout system.  A Jogging Station is located between each of the other pieces of equipment for improved lung and heart function.  Over time, the stepping activity increases the number of capillaries in the legs, helps reduce and prevent dangerous clots formed in the legs over long periods of inactivity and increases the number of energy promoting mitochondria in each cell.  The end result, combined with the other activities at Sircuits is improved muscular endurance, strength, overall tone and fitness and a sense of well being.  You will also have a reserve of energy to meet any emergency situation with calm and confidence.

Surgical Tubing Resistance.
Improves: Explosive power and speed.  A scientifically researched martial arts secret source of "snap" and whiplike speed with the greatest resistance and power expended at the full extension of the arm or leg.

Improves: Endurance beyond fatigue, muscular size and coordination.  Interspersed with Sircuits hydraulic training can help enhance and round out the entire workout and sculpt any desired area.
